Thank you Jameson for the quick response. The tires in my Jetson bikes are only 14". Will this rack accommodate the smaller tires?

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HLY64FR is an E-bike rack that is approved for use at the rear of a fifth wheel like you mentioned and has an 80 lb per bike capacity as well. For more info on this rack check out the review video link I attached as well.
