Question:

Hi I have a hot heater that went out model number GC 10A- 3E which I found out they dont make anymore is there another water heat that they are replacing it with that are same dimensionand size and gal capacity

The water heater you have is a 10 gallon Atwood water heater which is no longer made like you mentioned but what you can do is go with a tankless water heater like the part # FR98SR which offers advantage of never running out of hot water since it heats the water instantly.
