will this size carrier fit an 2008 Kia Rondo?

According to my contact at Curt Manufacturing, the U-bolt mounts of the # C18115 cargo basket will accommodate crossbars up to 3 inches wide and 2-1/4 inches tall. If you have cross bars on your 2008 Kia Rondo and they match that criteria then yes it will work for you.
If you do not have cross bars on your vehicle you will want to check out the link I attached to see the available roof rack options, you will want to select your roof style from the menu and then you will see the appropriate racks for you setup.
