Does the plastic rails on the head and tail of the tarp come with it or I have to buy them separately? If not, is there trap to buy with the plastic rails installed on it?

If you are need of the front header and rear header for the # TX281101 you'd need the # TX2811-FrontHeader and the # TX2811-RearHeader for the rear header. Then for the tarp you'd want the # TX281101-CVR and you'd be set.
