i have a 2005 dodge durango not sure if i have the hook up in the back under the truck to hook this up but say i do and it hooks ups this harness will give me lights , brake lights and turn signals correct . Please let me know thanks or do i need to purchase the other harness that plugs into my lights on both sides and run a power led to hood .

If your 2005 Dodge Durango came with the factory installed 7-Way and for whatever reason it is no longer there then yes, using # 118381 will provide the lighting functions for the trailer: running lights, brake lights, and turn signals.
If the vehicle did not come with a factory trailer connector then you would use harness # 118390 which plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring and requires a direct connection to the vehicle battery. I have linked some videos and instructions for you.
