Base Plate Fit for 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with Grumper Aftermarket Front Bumper

Question:
I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. It is equipped with a Fab Fours Full width Grumper. What tow bar is the best to install since the bottom of this bumper butts up to the front frame? I contacted Fab Fours and they will not confirm that the welded eye bolts are strong enough for dinghy towing. Thanks

If the manufacturer of your bumper won't confirm that the tabs on the bumper are stout enough to handle towing the vehicle, you'll need to install a standard base plate system that bolts to the frame of your Jeep, such as the Demco # DM9519339 Demco base plates you'd looked at.
I've looked at installed photos of your Grumper, and it looks to me as if it extends several inches below where the underside of the factory bumper would be which would very likely interfere with the base plate installation. Roadmaster, Blue Ox and Demco haven't test fit their base plate kits with your particular aftermarket bumper, so unfortunately your best bet would most likely be to remove your existing bumper and reinstall the factory bumper.
