Question:

Will the TH615 fit a 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L without interfering with hatch? If not is there one you can recommend? I have factory rails and crossbars.

I checked with Thule and the largest boxes out of their current line up that will fit your 2004 Honda Pilot factory roof rack without inferring with the rear hatch are the Large boxes. Since # TH615 is an L box it will not fit without interfering with the hatch. For the large version of the Pulse box you can use # TH614. I have included a link to a video review of the box for you.
