Dimensions of the Buyers Products Utility Storage Box

Question:

I am trying to fit this box on my trailers cargo rack, but it has a lip on both ends that would allow for a depth of 18, so I was wondering if the bottom has a different depth from the top. Thanks!

The bottom of the Buyers Products Utility Storage Box item # 3371712240 does have different dimensions than the top lip. It is 19" wide x 39-3/4" long. If you measure from the bottom of the lip to the bottom of the box you get 17-1/4". I have linked a diagram I made to show you these dimensions.
