My frame, from outside to outside is 34 1/4. Will part #3371809065 work with the extra 1/4inch of width?

I reached out to Buyers Products and they said that the additional 1/4" on your 1994 Kodiak C6H042 is fine. You will be able to install the Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Receiver Tube - Chevy/GMC # 3371809065 without any issues.
