The Rubber Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out # SR58FR may work for your 2017 Keystone Passport Elite, however there is no way for us to know for sure which particular seal will fit your trailer.
The Rubber Wiper Seal # SR58FR is deigned for a 1/4" pinch-weld flange and will slide over the flange for installation. This seal measures 15' long and 2-1/2" wide, and we do carry other sizes if need be, but you're going to have to measure and inspect to confirm the fitment.
