Does the Taylor Made Solar Powered LED Warning Light Have a Steady On Mode

Question:
Is there a version of this light with a bird spike? Also is there a constant on setting for this or only flashing options? Would also be interested in a bouy light like this with a remote control on/off controler. Just need to this light to be on one night a week on top of our sail club finish line marker/bouy. thanks for any help you can provide.

The Taylor Made Solar Powered LED Warning Light # 36946106 does have a steady on mode in addition to the flashing settings. So it can always be on or set to light up 15, 30, or 60 flashes per minute. Unfortunately, there is no remote option or bird spike so you would still need to find a way to mount it and use the button on the bottom to control the light.
