Nev-R-Lub 8K 5/8 Drum I do not see the drum 5/8 only the hub I see 9/16 drum

The part that you're looking for is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 8,000-lb Nev-R-Lube Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 # DX87XR. This is the same as the part # 8-385-81SP that you mentioned with the 9/16" studs except the DX87XR has the 5/8" studs that you're needing.
