Question:
Planning to build an approx. 16foot custom travel trailer with an intended 5000-6000lb GVWR. Dumb question about the Timberen 5200lb axle-less axle, does that mean the weight rating for each wheel or does 5200lb assume 2 wheels? Thanks much.

Helpful Expert Reply:
If you are looking at a Timbren Axle-Less system like the # TASR5200S05, it is designed to replace one single 5,200 pound axle. This means that this is a combined weight capacity for both sides together. If you need more weight capacity, we also carry the 7k version # TASR7KS01 and the # TASR7KS02 (with 4-inch drop).
