What is the Warranty on the RoadActive Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit?
Published 02/02/2022 >
Question:
I bought the road master active suspension kit from you guys. Recently a spring on one side snapped off. I’m wondering if it’s under warranty, or if you would give me money off a new set? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about your springs! Unfortunately, with the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit like part # RAS4611, any warranty request must go through the manufacturer (RoadActive). For this particular kit, it is covered by a 5-year. If you bought the springs within 5 years, they should honor a replacement if it fits their requirements. We unfortunately cannot provide a discount.
However, if your springs are older than 5 years, the only option is to replace the kit. If you want a new kit, feel free to respond with what submodel of 2012 GMC Sierra you own, and I will be happy to recommend you a kit that definitely fits your truck.
