Hi Does this carrier have a universal fit plate for standard 5 lug, 6 lug or 8 lug patterns? Thanks

Yes, the Surco Spare-Tire-Mounted Cargo Basket # SPSJ4319 that you referenced includes a universal fit plate that allows it to be used on any standard lug pattern. I spoke with my contact at Surco and they confirmed that it will fit standard 5, 6 and 8 lug patterns.
