Front Receiver Hitch Fit for 1999 Dodge Ram Diesel

Question:
Need front mount reciever hitch for 1999 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel. Will Curt #31604 fit on the diesel frame? Also have heavy duty round tube brush / deer busting grill guard.

The Curt # 31604 front receiver fits all models of the 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500, as well as all 1500 models EXCEPT the Sport model so it will work with your Diesel.
In most cases, a grille/brush guard will interfere with installing a front receiver as they many times use the same mounting points the hitch does. Without knowing exactly which grille guard you have and exactly how it's mounted I honestly couldn't say if the two would work together but I can link you to the installation instructions. The instructions show how the hitch will sit in relation to the front of the truck frame which should give you an idea if the hitch will fit.
