To lift your tandem axle 10K car hauler an inch or two I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX. Not only will this kit help to ensure that your trailer is level, it also allows you to increase the height of your trailer 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" to fit your application.
To make sure this works for your setup you need at least 2-5/8" from the I-beam to the spring mounting hole on the hanger and then this works with 3" wide x 3-3/4" tall hangers or 3" wide x 5" tall hangers and leaf springs up to 2" wide.
Attached are the installation instructions for you to check out.
