Recommended Thule Roof Rack For A 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee With Black And Silver Flush Rails

Hi Etrailer, I just traded in my van for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I need to get a roof rack. I got a Thule Force XT cargo box from you guys a few years ago and have had zero problems with it. So I would prefer a Thule roof rack as well. They seem to make good products. The roof of this Jeep is a little weird though. It has black and silver rail type things running the length of the roof, but I don't see how a bar would attach to them. Am I looking at them wrong? Thanks in advance!

If you are specifically looking for a Thule roof rack for your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the black and chrome flush rails on the roof, we actually have two options. Well, they are pretty much the same, just different colors. Personally, I prefer the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 53" Long - Black # TH711420 as black goes with everything, but people do seem to like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 53" Long - Silver # TH711400 as well. Just not for me I guess. Either way you decide to go, the Rapid Podium Feet # TH460R and Fit Kit # THKIT3142 will complete the roof rack. This will install in fixed mounting points in those silver/chrome and black flush rails and I included an install video that will help with this process.
I am also a fan of Thule products. We used their bike racks, both hitch and roof, growing up and heading to the mountains in California for bike trips. I can honestly say that we never had a single issue with one of them. And we used the heck out of them. You will have absolutely no issues using this roof rack with your Thule roof box.
