Yes! The K-Source Replacement Mirror # KS88CJ will fit all models of 2021 Honda CR-V. If you need the passenger's side as well, that is the # KS68CJ.
I reached out to my contact at K-Source, and he confirmed that you can paint the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heat w Signal, BSDS # KS88CJ to match the color of your 2021 Honda CR-V. However, you can only paint the smooths surface (the top-half portion of the mirror). It is not recommended to paint over the textured portion on the bottom.
Also, K-Source recommends taping the mirror when painting instead of removing the mirror if it is already attached to the vehicle.
