We have a few options available for side door latches and one that I like is the Polar Hardware Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch w/ 36" Pipe # 305736. The shorter pipe makes this ideal for side doors as it isn't quite as large and bulky as options for rear doors. This may not be an exact replacement for your Haulmark trailer, but it definitely a good option.
