While we do not carry the direct replacement of tailgate rubber for a 1975 Suzuki Sidekick, we do have a great universal solution for rubber tailgate seals. That is the TruXedo Universal Tailgate TruxSeal - 10 ft # TX1703206. This seal comes with adhesive 3M tape that easily applies easily to tailgate side walls. The dimensions of the seal is 9-1/2' long x 1-1/8" wide x 5/8" thick. It can be cut for customization.
