An ST145/R12 tire, like the Load Range E Kenda Karrier S-Trail Radial # AM10140 or Load Range D # AM10130, will have absolutely no problem being mounted on the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - Black # DEX44FR. If you were looking at a different tire though, you will just need to make sure it can fit a 12" x 4" rim, but most, if not all, tires in this size will have no issues.
