Parts to Flat Tow 2007 Chevy Tahoe and 2018 Ford F-250 with Crossover Parts

Question:
I would like to set up two vehicles for flat tow, and figure out what components would be redundant and therefore unnecessary. The vehicles are a 2007 Tahoe and a 2018 F250. The tow vehicle is a 2018 Newmar Ventana which has the Air Force One air side installed on it already. What parts assuming the tow bar itself for instance would be able to be moved from vehicle to vehicle and which parts would need to stay with each vehicle?

Id be more than happy to help you out with the parts needed to flat tow both your 2007 Chevy Tahoe and your 2018 Ford F-250! I'll go ahead and list out the parts for each vehicle and I'll add a tag next to the parts that can be used for both. The Air Force One parts that will fit to your vehicles will cost more for both sets than some of the other braking systems will, but since you already have the one part installed on your Ventana and it's a really easy system to use once it's installed I recommend sticking with it.
2007 Chevy Tahoe
etrailer XHD 10.5K Tow Bar with Safety Cables - # e94ZR (both vehicles)
Demco Base Plate Kit - # DM9518200
Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit - # RM-15267
Air Force One Second Vehicle Kit - # SM99209 (you'll need 2 of these so each vehicle has a complete Air Force One # DM26VR system)
2018 Ford F-250
Tow Bar and Safety Cables - (mentioned above)
Demco Base Plate Kit - # DM68FR
Wiring Kit - # RM-152
6-Way Vehicle Connector - # RM-910030-7 (use umbilical from wiring kit mentioned above)
Mounting Bracket - # RM-910030-5
Air Force One Second Vehicle Kit - (mentioned above)
Relay Kit - # RM-88400 (so brake light works properly)
There is a difference of about 5-1/2" of the height for these base plate kits so unless the middle of the hitch receiver on your motorhome measures right at 21" you're going to need a high-low adapter to ensure that the tow bar arms don't get stretched up or down. For this I recommend the Blue OX Adapter # BLU34TR which has a 4" rise/drop.
Be sure to check the owner's manuals for both vehicles for any specific instructions on flat towing. I've attached a few videos for you to check out as well.
