Is there a replacement tank for the above listed water heater to avoid the rotten egg smell, or perpetual cure all.

Helpful Expert Reply:
While we don't actually carry any replacement tanks for a Dometic GC6AA-10E I have a solution to negate the rotten egg smell you've been experiencing.
Since the egg smell is actually bacteria in the water which is unpleasant to smell, but can also be harmful to your health, the real solution here is going to be using a water filter like the Clearsource Onboard Pro RV Water Filter System w/ VirusGuard # CS59FR. This filter system has 3-stage filtration to eliminate Bacteria, Chlorine, Cysts, Heavy Metals, Lead, Rust, Sediment, Viruses, and Volatile Organic Chemicals.
This system can be easily mounted in the lower cargo bay of your trailer for easy access. The included canister wrench makes it easy to remove the filters when it's time for replacement.
I also recommend fully cleaning out your fresh water system with a bleach and water mixture for your size water tank and then flushing the system with fresh water.
