Yes! I confirmed with Yakima that the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack # Y02638 fits on your 2020 Kia Forte sedan.
For extra theft-deterrence, I recommend the Yakima Security Strap # Y02623 and the cable lock # Y07233 with same-key lock core # Y07202. These parts will allow you to keep your rack and the bikes safe while mounted on your Forte. Also, if you plan on transporting women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bikes, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 for each of those bikes. The adapter bar will provide a straight horizontal plane that allows you to mount the bikes to the arms of the HangOut 3.
