interested in purchasing a lube disc for a RVB 3500 BW hitch. Is there a specific disc depending on the model?

No you do not need to get a specific disc. You just need to make sure it is wide enough to cover the 5th wheel head.
Depending on your preference I recommend one of the following.
The Curt Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 12" Diameter # C16722 or the Lube Plate for Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter # RP83002
