Your 2012 GMC Acadia itself can be flat towed, but you'll need to check the tow weight rating of your Class C RV to make sure it can handle the weight of your vehicle. From what I'm seeing your Acadia can weigh from 4,656 to 4,857 lbs so your Class C needs to be able to tow at least 5,000 lbs.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you. To flat tow your Acadia you'll need to disconnect your battery and a fuse. If you use parts # RM-766 and # RM76511 they will make this so you're just pressing a button instead of physically making those disconnections.
