I have a solution for you. Sadly the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
Item # LV97RR does not fit on the 2018 Honda Pilot.
However the CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Qty 2 # 11953-2 or the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990 will fit on your vehicle.
The K-Source is a Universal dual lens towing mirror clips over one of your existing side mirrors to give you an extended rear view. A ratcheting strap system creates a snug fit to reduce vibration. Driver's and passenger's side. Tool-free installation.
The Cipa universal-fit mirrors clip onto your factory side-view mirrors to extend your lines of sight while you're towing. The 2 fully adjustable faces of each mirror let you customize your view. 2 Straps hold each mirror in place.
