The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate # AL67PD will indeed fit your 2021 Ford F-150 With 6" BDS lift, but you will need the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacer # AL52460 to fill the gap. This is specifically designed for vehicles with 6" lifts that need to get air bags added on.

A potential add on to this would be a compressor system. These allow for inflation and deflation on the fly and are a nice thing to have. They are optional though and you can just use an air compressor you already have or the ones at most gas stations for filling tires. If you decide to add one on though, the single path Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25854 and dual path # AL25856 are highly recommended. It is more expensive, but I do prefer the dual path # AL25856. This will let you air each bag separately so you can really get the back leveled out.
