What size regulator for a 100 lb propane tank to feed a 250000 btu Hayward pool heater. I have 2 100 lb tanks I can use in tandem. Using 3/4 tubing to connect to heater.

The Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-31525 will let you hook up both tanks and can run up to 262,000 BTUs an hour. This is a horizontal unit so you will need to make sure it is mounted in a horizontal position.
