Question:

Hello. I have a 2022 Winnie Micro Minnie 1800bh trailer with dual dexter axles. I would like to know if there is a compatible suspension in the Timbren Axle less line that could be installed in place of the factory suspension. The unit travels off road and the factory suspension is less than adequate. If a Timbren suspension is available, can you please let me know. Thanks.

I understand your frustration and for your application I highly suggest upgrading with the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR35HDS02. These are 3,500 lbs sets that have a 4" lift for a wider range of travel and larger tires for off road applications. The suspension units will replace your 2022 Winnie Micro Minnie 1800bh trailer's existing axles and operate independently. They will fit any frame width.

You will also need replacement hubs and drums. I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 item # 8-201-9UC3-EZ. These are sold individually.

For replacement brakes the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6,000 lbs item # 23-105-106 are a great set. The fit wheel sizes 14-1/2", 15", or 16".
