I am need of a Lock assembly that goes into a 3 x 5 cutout for my enclosed trailer . The original has 2 locks standard and deadbolt.

I recommend the Bauer Products Camper Door Lock - Black # BA54FR. It only needs a cut out that is 2-3/4 inches wide and 3-3/4 inches tall.
Or if you don't mind making your cut out a little bigger we have the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock - Black # BA64FR. Its minimum cut out requirements are 5-1/4 inches wide by 4-1/2 inches tall.
It is a little wider than your cut out so you will have to do some minor trimming around the edges to accommodate.
