will the tire cover 290=2923 fit over my tandem axles with tires size 255/55R18. thank you

Yes the Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Cover - Double Axle - 27" to 29" Diameter - Vinyl - White - Qty 1 # 290-3923 will fit your tandem axle with 255/55R18 tires.
The 55R size is about 0.85 of and inch (21.5 mm) smaller than the 60R that this tire cover fits. So size will not be an issue.
