Welcome back Vincent. To secure the Adco Tyre Gard RV Tire Cover for 27" to 29" Tires item # 290-3923, I recommend the Titan Chain item # TCTS41. This bungee cord is 41" long and made of vulcanized rubber. It is sold individually and has two s-hooks on either end.
The Tire Cover for 27" to 29" Tires item # 290-3923 has grommets sewn into the backside. These grommets are placed at either end allowing the 41" long item # TCTS41 bungee cord to secure the cover by the grommets on the backside of your tire. This will keep your cover tight and prevent any excess material from flopping around in the wind.

Vincent, I bought this tire cover a couple of years ago. I live in southern Arizona; we do get lots of high winds. I do not use any bungee cords, and the tire cover has never come loose or off. I have a motorcycle trailer that sits in my yard most of the time, I use it occasionally, the trailer faces east so I only have one tire cover for the south facing set of tires.
