The Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Cover # 290-3623 (camo) is 70" long x 27" high x 9" deep. This will fit around tires with 27" to 29" diameter. Usually tandem axles only vary slightly in length and the general rule of thumb is that if your tire size is on the list and you made no alteration to the tandem axle length, then the wheel cover is a fit.

With dual axle tires that are a bit further apart like yours, you might need to consider other options. If you need 78" of length, then my recommendation is to get single-axle covers like # 290-3953. If your overall length is closer to 64" though, then Adco Tyre Gard double axle tire covers like # 290-3933 (black) or # 290-3923 (white) will work for you.
