Height from bottom surface of plate to top end of my ball? 6 5/8-11 x 1-12 Carriage bolts, what is the length of Bolt is it any thing between 1 to 12 or 12 itself.

The dimensions of the Curt Over-Bed Fixed Ball Gooseneck Hitch # C61100, is 12" wide, and 7" from the bottom of the carriage bolt to the top of the ball.
The carriage bolts are 5/8-11 x 2-1/2" long.
