The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 14001 is a fit for a 1992 Ford F-150 Flareside and it's what I recommend using. It has a class IV rating with 2" receiver tube opening that will work great for towing, exceeding the capacity of the truck so you don't have to worry about weight capacity. If you don't already have a trailer wiring harness, you'll need to add the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118316.
