Brake Controller Recommendation for 2019 Ford Transit T250

Question:
I have a 2019 Ford Transit 250 cargo van with the towing package. I am purchasing a Casita travel trailer and will be towing it with the van. I want to install a brake controller for the trailer and want to get a recommendation on the unit and see if you have a video that will show me how to plug the unit into the van.

We had the chance to install the very popular Prodigy P3 brake controller part # 90195 on a 2020 Ford Transit T250 which I attached an install video for that will walk you through the entire process. The P3 is one of the best controllers due to how well it works, how reliable it is, and it's full screen display that uses complete words instead of two digit codes like other controllers have.
There isn't a port or connector on your vehicle for install of a brake controller but there is wiring ran which you will see in the install video.
