The hole in your engine block for your Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater - Cartridge Style - 120V - 400 Watts
part # KH11813, can be found underneath your vehicle on the driver's side of the motor. I have included a diagram that shows the location of the engine block cartridge hole on your 2016 Toyota Corolla. On the diagram, the hole is indicated by the RL symbol.
