Replacing Center Section Of Factory Hitch Prep/Puck System On 2022 Ram 3500 For a B&W Turnover Ball

I just got a new 2022 Ram 3500 and the only way the truck was available was with a factory trailer hitch. I already have my B&W Companion 5th wheel and turnover ball from my last truck that fit my turnover ball hitch. Is there any way to convert the hitch in the truck or will I have to change to the new mounts?

You can remove the center section of the factory in bed hitch for your 2022 Ram 3500 and add the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320.
This will allow you to still use your B&W Companion # BWRVK3500 and any turnover ball accessories like the 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 or 3" Ball # BWGNXA2025
