The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16530-16021 uses rubber stoppers which have proven to wear out prematurely and fail when used with a Reese Revolution or Sidewinder style rotating pin box.
For this reason I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16515-16021. This is a similar hitch but is compatible with sidewinders when used with a Sidewinder Wedge, like # C16991. This is a great setup for your 2022 Ram 2500 with OEM prep package.
