Where is the Engine Block Heater Plug Location on My 2013 Lexus RX 350 with a 3.5L V6?

Question:
Has anyone actually been able to find the slot for the cartridge style block heater on a 2013 3.5 v6 Lexus rx350? All I can find online is its supposed to be front left somewhere and I spent 2 hours yesterday looking for it and couldnt find anything. I took the air intake off and skid plate, looked at it from top and bottom and even used a mirror to peek into the dark areas. Im wondering if its covered up by something like the starter or something else

According to our available specs on your 2013 Lexus RX 350 with a 3.5L V6, you are correct in saying that the Kat's Heater Custom Fit Engine Block Heater # KH11813 installs into the left front of your engine. However, that location varies slightly depending on if you have a transverse engine block or a conventional engine block. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows the location of these locations on both block styles.
If you are still having trouble locating the plug, feel free to respond to this answer and I will find another method of helping you find it.
