Can you confirm which TracRac base rails fit a 2021 F-150 6.5 ft bed? Also, I believe the BAK Revolver X4s is the only compatible tonneau cover with the TracRac base, correct?

The rails that you'll need for the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-501 for your 2021 Ford F-150 with the short bed is found with part # TH21501.
Technically there are other tonneau covers that will fit with the TracRac SR like the folding ones, but the BAK Revolver is the best fit because it's narrower so the rubber seals won't contact the base rails. The X4 that you'll need for this setup is part # BAK89ZR.
