Hi Spare tire option for Toyota Sienna AWD. I want to run regular tires AND have a spare tire available. Do you have a solution for this. All options open to consideration.

If I am understanding you correctly, then we have some options for you. The Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 sounds like what you're after.
This is a hitch mounted, universal spare tire carrier, that will fit a 2" x 2" receiver opening.
