I do offer a hitch receiver that will fit your 2020 GMC Terrain SLT 2.0. Unfortunately, the etrailer hitch receiver you attached to your question does not fit your vehicle. However, I do have a hitch receiver to recommend.

If you have the non diesel GMC Terrain, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 76419. It is a Class III hitch receiver with a maximum tongue weight of 675 lbs and a maximum gross towing weight of 4,500 lbs.

My recommendation for the diesel version of the 2020 GMC Terrain SLT 2.0 is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 76217. This hitch receiver has the same specs as the previously mentioned model.
