Looking to add either the timbren or sumo helpers on my 2021 Tundra. What is the difference and which one do you recommend?

The biggest difference between the Timbren and SumoSpring jounce-style springs is that the Timbrens tend to be a bit more stiff which is great for heavier loads but can make the unloaded ride on your 2021 Toyota Tundra a bit more harsh. The SumoSprings tend to have a softer ride which makes them great for occasional cargo loads but they have less of a weight rating.

Since suspension enhancement kits just offer support and don't actually increase your weight capacity it basically boils down do how often you plan on hauling cargo vs what you want for unloaded ride quality. I personally recommend going with the SumoSprings # SSR-610-54 since these should offer enough support for anything you'll be hauling/towing and you'll get a better ride quality. If you do want the Timbren system then I recommend the kit # T62FR which is the mid-range 7K rating.
