The torque spec is determined by the diameter of the wheel stud, and not the size of the wheel.
Here's recommended torque specs for commonly found wheel stud sizes:
• 7/16 Inch 70-80 ft/lbs
• 1/2 inch 75-85 ft/lbs
• 9/16 inch 135-145 ft/lbs
