The larger side of the Kat's Heaters Plug Cover for Power Cords with 3-Prong Plugs # KH28405 is designed to fit over the 3-prongs of a power cord that would plug into a wall outlet. The other smaller end is designed to fit over that plug and attach to the power cable itself so that when not in use it stays on the cable and is easily found when needed.
