It sounds like you may be experiencing a hyper flashing issue. This can occur if you add LED lights to a vehicle that normally uses incandescent lights. The fix is to use load resistors, like # DI34ZR, on the turn signal circuits. This extra bit of load will stop the hyper flashing from occurring.
