I went out to the warehouse and pulled trailer fender # PF775X21W. The holes on the top are 3-9/16 inches apart on center. The holes are 3/8 to 7/16 inches wide (there is a little room for tolerances since the plastic can expand and contract a little). You can use mounting brackets # PF775-BKT-2 to mount the fender.
